If you deal with numerous client chats, you're familiar with the hassle of managing folders on a daily basis.
Now, you can establish rules that will automatically assign newly created chats to specific folders. Here's how to create a rule:
- Open the CMD + K menu.
- Choose the 'Create folder rule' option.
- Select a keyword commonly found in the client chat titles (not case-sensitive).
- Tip: You can use
<> or >< as keywords.
- Pick the folder where you want chats with this keyword in the title to be added.
- Click the 'Save' button. You can then proceed to create another rule.
