Open the CMD + K menu.
Choose the 'Create workspace' option.
Enter a name, select a logo, and choose which folders should be included in this workspace.

To separate personal and work chats, create a workspace for your project. Add folders that will be in this workspace. The workspace will automatically be hidden in your personal workspace.
This means you will not see personal chats during your work time, unless you switch to the Personal workspace or open your inbox.

Tip: It's much easier to open chats through the CMD + K menu, rather than searching for chats in the sidebar. Simply enter the name or handle of the user or chat, and it will appear in the Command Menu.
