What is the 'Inbox'?

It's a separate view where you can see your unread chats and treat it as a to-do list.

If you're done with a chat, it will disappear from the inbox and won't disturb you.

Tip: Aim to keep your inbox empty (without any chats).

Main features of the Inbox:

1. Use the CMD (Ctrl) + I shortcut to open the inbox from any chat.
2. To mark a chat as done, simply press CMD + E. Tip: You can also open the CMD + K menu in a chat, select the first option, or double-tap the chat and choose 'Mark as Done' from the chat context menu.
3. To mark a chat as unread, press CMD + U (this option is also available in the command menu and chat context menu).
